							Program

19:00 Reception at the valley station of the revolving gondola lift in Sattel
Afterwards we will serve you an aperitif and an appetizer in the gondola
For the main course, you will move to the Mostelberg mountain restaurant, right next to the mountain station
Dessert and coffee will be served in the gondola again
After sunset, at around 10.15 pm, you will be back at the valley station


Menu

Appetizer:
Salmon trout tartare from the Brüggli saddle with cucumber and sour cream spaghetti
Vegi: Beetroot carpaccio with avocado tartare

Main course:
Saddle of veal (roasted in one piece) with morel sauce, potato gratin and summer vegetables
Vegi: Homemade morel ravioli in a cognac sauce with asparagus ragout

Dessert:
Dessert trilogy


Please note:
The Sky Dining will only take place if at least 15 people have registered. Sky Dining takes place in good weather and in rainy weather. Sky Dining cannot take place during thunderstorms for safety reasons. The reservation is binding. If you cancel up to 8 days before the event, we will charge 50% of the amount. From 7 days before the event, 100% of the amount will be charged.
