The Annual General Meeting of Sattel-Hochstuckli AG was successfully held in the market hall in Rothenthurm on September 4, 2024. All items on the agenda were unanimously approved.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Martin Ulrich did not stand for re-election after many years of service. Pia Christen, who left the Board of Directors without notice, also resigned. We would like to thank both of them for their tireless commitment and successful collaboration over the past few years.
Daniel Rüegg and André Hugener were newly elected to the Board of Directors. We are also delighted to announce that André Hugener has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. We wish them both a good start and much success and pleasure in their new roles.
